This problem did not exist in 1984. As for the people you suggest that should address this problem half of them are implicated in profiting from it! The Police Chief? What the one who has been incriminated by one of his own subordinates in extra judicial killings of Sikhs or Jagdish Bhola, DSP dismissed for being a drug lord? Political leaders? Bikram Majithia, State Revenue and NRI affairs minister who Bhola claims is kingpin of entire drug racket along with two other Punjab Cabinet Ministers? Religious leaders? The SGPCs Makkar who sanctions sale of drugs at Hola Mohalla? Who do you think you are kidding? Everyone in Punjab knows who the drug dealers and drug lords are and they have zero interest in turning off the tap. You seriously want to get rid of the problem stop trying to castrate Sikhism in Punjab and put Sikh army regiments back in Punjab to seal the border. Drug supply would be dead in a month and addicts would all be recovered in a year with Khalsas discipline. As for ‘good financial consultant’ we need foreign accounting firms and civil liberties NGOs to look into the bank accounts of all the Punjab politicians and religious leaders (and their families) to see what they have declared and what they actually own and where exactly the money came from. Transparency cures all evils, if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear.
Problems will always be there for all Generations to solve .
We need to find solutions rather than figure pointing .
You don’t want me to point the finger at the culpable? Why am I not surprised when you say Sikh victims of 1984 are just suffering post traumatic stress disorder for doing the same.
Thanks Captain Obvious!!
