:dateline:In a case related to 1984 Sikh genocide in Delhi, the Central Bureau of Investigation yesterday submitted its progress report in the Court. In the earlier hearing, the Court had asked the CBI to present progress report of investigations inthe case. It is noteworthy here that the case is against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in which he was given clean chit earlier by the CBI. The report was submitted to the Court in a sealed packet.

After taking glance at the progress report, the Judge packed the report back in the sealed packet on the request of CBI. It has come into light that the witnesses of the case were threatened to change their testimoniesin the case. The Court has also expressed names of other witnesses that were threatened to changetheir testimonies.

Former lawyer of Supreme Court Advocate Harwinder Singh Phoolka urged the Court to providehim a copy of the progress report submitted by the CBI but the court refusedto do so. The Court excused that the publicizing the progress report might put negative effect on the investigation of the case that is still undergoing.

  1. Several Indians are certainly guilty of 1984 Genocide -3 of the Sikh people.
They are many more involved than the conventional names that you have mentioned.
No body is held accountable simply because they are all protected by the Law of the Land which is inherited from the Imperialistic British Empire.
I must tell you that all conflicts (civil or military) in the world can be traced back to the Empire .

    • I have again posted my response for other readers to your previous equally ridiculous assertions that the Indian State was NOT responsible for the genocidal pogroms against the Sikhs from 1984 onwards so they can see that you have an agenda to try and blame phantom existential foreign forces rather than accept that it is the Indians who are responsible for these acts of religious intolerance towards minorities and need to mend their ways. Why do you keep persisting on blaming foreign governments and even dead empires for the crimes committed by and in the name of the Indian State? What has the dead Roman and British Empires got to do with the genocidal pogroms against the Sikhs instigated, carried out, sponsored, approved, sanctioned, covered up and to this day defended by the Indian State (its politicians from all parties, its police and judiciary are all guilty of failing their sacred duty as much as the mobs encouraged, armed and given free reign to murder Sikhs with impugnity). As for the American Empire we wouldnt even know some of the facts of these atrocities if we didnt have the Snowden leaks about what American intelligence was picking up from its embassy in Delhi in 1984 about how much of the violence was orchestrated by Rajiv Ghandis party. The US kept quiet about what it knew because it too did not wish to upset relations with India which might push it towards closer ties with the USSR at the time. And again for the British Empire you wish to pass the buck onto it is thanks to their 30 year release policy of cabinet papers that we know that Indira Gandhi traitorously asked a foreign and former imperial power for military assistance in attacking Darbar Sahib more than six months before it happened (contradicting Indian army who said they had to do Operation Bluestar because time was so pressing). Where is the Indian Empires policy towards releasing governmental papers? They burn them and lose them and march into the museum and library of Darbar Sahib to loot its relics to try and rewrite Sikh history. Again RSS Harinder is blaming anyone who is not Indian for these sacrilegous crimes despite the FACT that some of the criminals have been caught red handed (and are Indian) and that those who have protested peacefully have been shot dead by Indian Punjabi police (and who in turn have been protected from prosecution by their Indian superiors). We all know which Empire is involved in these crimes RSS Harinder and it isnt the dead empires of Rome and Britain.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alleging that Congress leader Jagdish Tytler was interfering with the probe into the 1984 Genocide and CBI was shielding him.
He said a Delhi court had in an order dated December 24, 2014 rejected a clean chit to Tytler and criticised CBI, which continue to shield culprits like him. A perusal of the order shows a sorry state of affairs as to how the primary investigation agency, which reports directly to the PM, has failed to conduct a proper investigation and hurriedly filed a closure report against the main accused, Tytler. This despite the fact that the earlier closure reports have been rejected by the court, he alleged. A perusal of the closure report dated December 24, 2014 filed by CBI and the court order dated December 4, 2015 leaves no doubt that Tytler has been interfering with the investigation. In these circumstances, in any other case, the accused would have been arrested and kept in jail. I am surprised as to why CBI has not adopted the same for Jagdish Tytler, Kejriwal said in the letter. Which Empire does Indian CBI belong to RSS Harinder? Oh, and if you are going to suggest CBI too is pawn of foreign white man empire then we better get rid of it and dismiss all the investigations and charges they have ever brought against Sikhs and release every political prisoner that has been imprisoned as a miscarriage of justice has obviously been carried out. Tytler is a brown skinned Indian who has incited other brown skinned Indians to murder Sikhs and has been protected and absolved by more brown skinned Indians no white men involved, period.
Jagdish Tytler is protected by the INDIAN CONGRESS PARTY who themselves were supported by the BJP and RSS in suppressing the rights of Sikhs in Punjab up to 1984 and were whole heartedly supportive of the Congress Government in its brutal repression of Sikhs and the unjust TADA law and its equally undemocratic successor. You are constantly trying to claim a foreign empire did all these things, a denial which damns the Indian as being unsophisticated and open to manipulation by foreigners basically that Indians dont deserve to run their own country because they are too stupid.
Jagdish Tytler is NOT protected by the Roman Empire as that disintegrated over a thousand years ago. Also you make no mention of Kamal Nath, Sajjan Kumar (former KUMAR), Bhagat et al not to mention the butchers in the Punjab Police Sumedh Saini, Gurmeet Pinky, KPS Gill, Bean et al. None of these monsters broke Indian Law (TADA, Prevention of Terrorist Activities Act etc) as they were murdering Sikhs with the full complicity of Indian Law and have been protected by it ever since all in contravention of international law on human rights. You dont want to prove guilt of Tytler as that would open a can of worms in terms of who else was complicit in mass murder of Sikhs stretching not just to Congress Officials but those who were naturally criminally minded mobs (incited and then given licence to indulge in their base instincts to rob, rape and murder in the name of nationalistic fervour) and Hinudvta elements such as the RSS who saw a great opportunity to teach uppity Sikh kaum a lesson in humility and know your place in Hindustan. Just as the Earth is not flat neither the Roman or British Empire exists any longer and it is hypocritical on the one hand that you espouse jingoistic nationalism on the one hand and on the other effectively state that Indians are not sophisticated enough to rule / misrule their own country and indeed are so stupid and incompetent that they are readily susceptible to manipulation from foreign governments. You cant have it both ways either you are pregnant or not pregnant. Tytler and his ilk (Sajjan Kumar, Kamal Nath et al) are all Indians who are complicit in the mass murder of their fellow Indian citizens (who happen top be Sikhs) the evidence for such a contention is overwhelming and they have been been and continue to be protected by the Indian State with its own Empire mentality (introducing draconian laws like TADA and sanctioning extra judicial kidnappings, torture and murder of Sikhs). Nothing to do with the white man all the red blood is on Indian brown hands. Until you accept that basic truth you are doing a disservice to the ideals upon which India was founded and insulting the memory of those Sikhs slaughtered in 1984 and beyond. Those who refuse to remember the past are doomed to repeat it. You MUST take responsibility for your guilt and the Sikh Nation is magnanimous enough a nation then to forgive you even though it cannot forget what happened any more than the Jews can just get over the atrocities of Nazi Germany.
In your desperation to try and disassociate Indian guilt over abuses and atrocities committed by Indians upon fellow Indians in the name of India you are portraying the Indian as being nothing more than a child; a simpleton who cannot be held responsible for anything as they are too unsophisticated to know the difference between right and wrong. Just to dodge (and so avoid any thought of making amends and expressing remorse) culpability you are ready to abrogate all sense of Indian honour. India is a country of a billion souls as much as America and Europe put together and has a subcontinental patchwork quilt of civilisation going back thousands of years but in your estimation it is feeble minded and weak from morals. Bhagat Singh would be so proud he made the ultimate sacrifice for nothing then.

      • Also his fellow mass murderer Sajjan Kumar is in the photo and dock with him similarly protected by Indian Sarkar and genocide deniers / apologists who wish to shift culpability from Indians to westerners.
