:dateline:SGPC has announced to free preparatory crash courses for Civil services and Military ranks for Sikh students holding citizenship of India. The SGPC announced the move in a meeting of SGPC�s executive members held at Sri Amritsar Sahib. As per initial updates, the preparatory programs will be run in Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College and Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University. ��
Addressing a�media gathering, SGPC President Avtar Makkar announced to launch a mobile application to attach worldwide Sikh devotees with Sri Harmandir Sahib and the SGPC. He also announced�that the SGPC has constituted a sub-committee under the leadership of Secretary Dr. Roop Singh and Satbir Singh to organize a Nagar Kirtan of historical weapons of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji from Sri Anandpur Sahib to Takht Sri Patna Sahib on the 350th birth anniversary.
Commenting on the clarifications given by the BJP�s state head Kamal Sharma about the non-inclusion of the Sikh regiment in the Republic Day Parade, the SGPC President said that the BJP was ignoring the sensitivity of the issue in order to veil its flaws.
