:dateline:The Chief Minister of Uttrakhand, Sri Harish Rawat, has announced to extend�all roads leading towards Sri Hemkunt Sahib into four lane roads. Addressing a gathering at Patiala, he has also announced any�roads leading to shrines would not be defected, nor have single carriageways.
He said that serving visitors�from all over world with suitable�passage is the primary duty of every citizen of Uttrakhand.
�Efforts will be stepped up to provide secure a pilgrimage environment for the pilgrims�, he added.
