:dateline:The Punjab & Haryana High Court today sanctioned permanent bail for�Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda in the sedition case, alleged�by the Punjab government. It is notable that Bhai Bathinda was earlier given medical leave by the High Court keeping in view his physical illness. He was to re-appear in Jail on February 17.
As per the information released�by Advocate Gagan Pardeep Singh Bal (Counsel for Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda), the Justice M.S Bedi granted bail to Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda after debating the case. He said�that the Court has reserved granting bail to Jathedar Baljit Singh Daduwal, and the�date for the hearing on the case of Bhai Paramjit Singh Jajeaani has been deferred to February 25, 2016.
