:dateline:Renowned Punjabi singer Gurpreet Ghuggi today joined the AAP party, in the presence of senior AAP leader Durgesh Pathak, Sanjay Singh, Sucha Singh Chhotepur and Bhagwant Mann.
Ghuggi�s entrance into AAP fold has put�an end to the doubts about the party, after�former AAP leader Balkar Sidhu left the party for the Congress party.
Addressing media this evening, Ghuggi said, “I have always been a political satirist and now the time has come for me to contribute to Punjab in a practical way. I am immensely impressed by Arvind Kejriwal�s practical politics. This is the party that performs well in Delhi in it’s first�year of rule and that enabled me to make up my mind to join it.�

Now we have jokers in all three main parties in PUnjab but Ghuggi of course is a gifted comedian by profession whereas Amarinder Singh and Prakash Badal are just laughing stock and disgrace to their profession.
