:dateline:Congress leader Ramanjit Singh Sikki who resigned as Khadoor Sahib MLA to protest against �beadbi� of Guru Granth Sahib in Batth village, today completed his month long annual �Sewa� at Sri Darbar Sahib Amritsar. On Monday, he will be conducting a public meeting of the Khadoor Sahib assembly constituency. �This information was revealed by Sikki�s personal assistant Gurminder Singh Hayar.
His political mentor and Kapurthala MLA Rana Gurjit Singh and some other Congress MLAs are likely to attend the meeting during which they would reportedly target the ruling Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on the issue of sacrilege incidents happened across the state. �Akalis will be on the target since they failed to trace the culprits. The meeting will be held at nearby village Rashiana on 12 pm.
It is worth mentioning that Sikki did not make any type of contact while doing sewa at Darbar Sahib. He had even refused to leave Darbar Sahib for filling of nomination papers. Later, Capt announced to boycott the elections.
Sukhbir Badal to campaign for Brahmpura on Feb 3, 4
Punjab deputy chief minister and president of Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) Sukhbir Badal will address scores of public meetings on February 3 and 4 across the Khadoor Sahib assembly segment to garner support of the voters for Ravinder Brahmpura.
Junior Badal has assigned duties to party�s senior leaders including cabinet ministers, chief parliamentary secretaries (CPS), members of parliament (MP) and MLAs for campaign. As Congress decided not to contest the bypoll, these top leaders are being seen rarely in the constituency for campaign.
Ravinder prefers to approach the voters of those areas which are strongholds of Congress leader Sikki with an eye to ensure record victory margin. However, he does not mention the issue of ‘beadbi’ of Guru Granth Sahib on which Sikki resigned from his post and the seat fell vacant.

Oh, dear. There I was thinking you were only misguided, RSS Harinder. But it seems from the above raving (or were you aiming for a poem? If so you missed badly) you have been imbibing some of the Badal�s drugs that they allegedly traffik in Punjab. I feel a twinge of responsibility as I had mockingly suggested that your space faring ambition, an oft muttered refrain on this website, might only be achieved by the trip of a psychotropic substance. Or perhaps you are just fondly reciting the lines of a tribute ditty sung at the Badals� Silvio Berlisconi bunga-bunga inspired Bhangra-Bhangra parties at Ram Rahim�s all night raves? I can see you now throwing rupees at Sukhbir Badal as he waddles that hairy belly button for his Hinduvta masters whilst they raise their chota pegs of whiskey in salutation like the Pakeezah Moghuls of old. I dread to think however how your song�s verses go on with their adoration considering the revels your chubby master gets up to as the night progresses � I mean Ram Rahim must have snapped some pretty compromising photos for the Badals to be in such hock to him that they would get the SGPC to absolve him, right? I mean the cult leader is even known to get his followers to castrate themselves at his dera…Oh…I see… well, I suppose that would explain when it comes to being unable to defend Sikhism the Badals don�t have any (word removed because children and simpletons with child-like minds such as �Harry� might be reading). But seriously if you are earnest about Sukhbir Badal �lighting up the heavens� I would like to donate to any fund that would put him (and you of course) on a rocket to achieve such intergalactic glory.
All credit and kudos to Sikki for maintaining his vow to do seva and living up to his name ‘Sikki’ – he put his faith before his job. The complete opposite of course is the unsanctified behaviour of Sukhbir Badal coming out to support rather brazenly a man called Brahmpura who no doubt is also going to live up to his name – ‘Brahmin Pura’.
