:dateline:DIG (Patiala Range) Balkar Singh Sidhu and SP (Mohali) Ashish Kapoor who were sent to�Portugal to submit extradition papers of Bhai Paramjit Singh Pamma, yesterday returned back to India. �They had submitted the papers on January 26 in the Lisbon court against Bhai Pamma. �The court had deferred the next hearing of case to February 15 after committing the case to the Ministry of Justice to decide whether to pursue hearing or not.
Commenting on the criminal complaint lodged against the duo along with DSP Rajinder Singh Sohal by Bhai Paramjit Singh Pamma’s legal counsel in Portugal, DIG Balkar Singh Sidhu said that Bhai Pamma was trying to weaken their claims for his extradition. �He refuted all allegations of inhumane torture in Police custody.
It is worth mentioning here that Bhai Pamma had lodged a criminal complaint against DIG Balkar Singh Sidhu, SP Ashish Kapoor and DSP Rajinder Singh Sohal before Portuguese authorities. Bhai Pamma had explained in his complaint that he brutally torture by DSP Rajinder Singh Sohal during his Police custody in India.
Bhai Paramjit Singh Pamma’s family members in India had earlier appealed to the Portugal Government to not extradite their son to India, as they feared imminent threat to his life. �Bhai Pamma’s parents had spoken with Sikh24 earlier, stating that�their family had faced extensive torture by the police in Punjab, and their other son Parminder Singh was extra-judicially killed�by Sumedh Saini. They added that Bhai Pamma fled to the UK on 12 August, 1999 fearing�the torture of the Punjab police.

In the Punjab we have had Sikhs rounded up, disappeared and shot in extra judicial fake encounters for decades but like the SS that inspired their ideology, the RSS Hinduvta mafia has found willing ‘Sikh’ guard collaborators to now poison Punjab’s youth with drugs – a slower poison to be sure but one which has the side effects of also creating degenerate crime as well as financial profits (the Nazi’s too used to steel gold teeth fillings from their cremated victims) before death. The Punjab Government along with its police force profit from the misery of the Punjabi people so will do nothing to stop the growth of drug peddling in its home market. The Central Government too will do nothing to intervene because they want the Badals to stay in power and the Sikh youth neutralised. The Sikh regiments that were shunned at Republic Day should all be brought home to secure the border of Punjab and do the enforcement job the Punjab police aren’t able to do because of complicity – the drug menace in Punjab would be put to an end within six moths along with Badal and cronies black money profiteering.

They must be astounded that as men in Indian police uniforms that their word would even be questioned let alone actually scrutinised such is the long since perverted thinking of Punjab’s police who group think that they are entitled to be above the law. These men of dishonour are really nothing more than criminals in khaki in India and now they are a laughing stock in Europe – well done Badal, very good thinking, now why don’t you and your family members (all the one you have nepotistically installed as Government officials) now also fly out to Portugal so they too can be sent home in disgrace like the whipped dogs they are too.
