  1. Kamal Nath, Sajjan Kumar, Jagish Tytler et al are all Indians who incited other Indians to murder innocent Sikhs and then got both protection from prosecution and rewards for this from other Indians. Nothing to do with existential foreign empires with lizard aliens hiding in human skins but Indians behaving bestially and without conscience or humanity. RSS men do not enjoy freedom of speech because they have willingly sold their souls like their Nazi SS counterparts to an ideology which promotes the perverted virtue of racial superiority and total obedience to the pontificating charismatic Head of State.

  2. They are all the EMPIRES men .
They as per laws of EMPIRE are immune from prosecution because they fight for Empires interest.
Freedom of Speech is not absolute except in EMPIRE .
Even RSS men do not enjoy free speech.
Kamal Nath, Sajjan Kumar, Jagish Tytler are not RSS members but are Congress members.

  3. If he can be arrested for and continues to be detained for reading out a message (no free speech in India) then why are no BJP members arrested for expressing views synonymous with the terrorist RSS? Surely inciting hatred towards other religious minorities and demanding that Dalits who wish to convert to other religions can only do with Hinduvta permission is an act not only of sedition but of human rights violations? What did you say RSS Harinder? Oh, I see. In India one rule for Sikhs, one different mitigating rule (get out of jail free card) for others. Explains why Kamal Nath, Sajjan Kumar, Jagish Tytler and their like (non-Sikh Indians) are free to make speeches to this day without seeing the inside of a jail cell despite the witnesses to their inflammatory statements that actually led to the mass murder of Sikhs in the capital city of the country. It is not sedition but religious persecution that is going on here.
