:dateline:In order to win Khadoor Sahib bypoll slated for February 13, leaders of ruling the Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) are all set to �misuse� their�power to acheive their aims. It became clear that a full-on forceful effort would be made as Sukhbir spoke to his party on Wednesday, in the state-level gathering of SAD(B) at village Alladinpur to assign duties to all senior party leaders including cabinet ministers, legislators, district presidents, halqa incharges as well as block level office bearers.
The aggressive attitude of Sukhbir during the meeting suggested that he wanted to leave�little�scope for other candidates to win the bypoll. He divided the assembly segment into 24 zones and Cabinet ministers have been appointed as incharge of each zone. As per sources, large chunk of money will be distributed to the voters to garner their support. �Other dirty tricks are also likely to be repeated�in the elections, as has become common during election time for Badal’s party.
Addressing the gathering, junior Badal asked party workers to work hard to ensure the victory of SAD candidate Ravinder Singh Brahmpura by a margin of 50,000 votes. He directed them that SAD should win the election in every case.
Commenting on Congress and AAP, he said both the parties are�scared of losing these elections and this is the reason that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was already running away from the race and same thing could happen in the case of the Congress.
