Breaking: Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda Gets Bail; Bhai Mohkam Singh Indicted in Another Case

:dateline:Following bail to Bhai Mohkam Singh from the Punjab & Haryana High Court, General Secretary of United Akali Dal Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda has�also been given bail. �It is notable that Bhai Bathinda had acted as a stage secretary during Sarbat Khalsa-2015.

Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda was granted bail with the intervention of Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court. Advocate Gagan Pardeep Singh Bal appeared before the Court on behalf of Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda.

Talking with Sikh24, Bhai Gurbinder Singh Brar (Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda’s son) informed that Bhai Mohkam Singh and Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda might be released from the jail within a day.

Meanwhile, Sikh24 has learnt that the Punjab government is planning to indict Bhai Mohkam Singh and Bhai Gurdeep Singh Bathinda in a new case to prevent their release from the jail.

As per the fresh information availed by Bhai Gurbinder Singh Brar, Majitha Police took away Bhai Mohkam Singh from the Ludhiana with the help of production warrants. Bhai Mohkam Singh has been indicted under charges 295-A (Instigating Religious Sentiments) of Indian Penal Code.
