Those police officers who killed Sikhs in cold blood in broad daylight in the SIkh homeland should already be in prison and the Punjab Government should be paying compensation as punitive damages to the victims families. A ‘commission’ and ‘swift action to punish the guilty’ – where have murdered Sikhs heard such false assurances before?
