:dateline:Following the resolutions passed at Bargari, the activists of the Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) and other panthik organizations yesterday staged a sit-in-protest�outside the Hoshiarpur jail, in protest of the illegal detention of the Jathedar of Takhat Sri Damdama Sahib (selecteded by Sarbat Khalsa 2015) Bhai�Baljit Singh Daduwal. The activists gathered outside the jail at 11 am and started reciting Gurbani until�3pm.
Bhai Avtar Singh Khakh (District President of Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar), Baba Pardeep Singh (Panthik Sewa Lehar), Nihang Raja Raj Singh, Bhai Randhir Singh, Bhai Jarnail Singh, �Bhai Gurnam Singh Singhri Wala (Akali Dal – Amritsar), Bhai Gurdeep Singh Khunkhun, Bhai Harbans Singh Paily, Bhai Onkar Singh Purheeran, Bhai Ahit Singh Purheeraan, Bhai Mohan Singh Khunkhun, Bhai Kuldeep Singh Khunkhun, Bhai Kashmir Singh, Bhai Jagmeet Singh, Bhai Taranvir Singh, Bhai Khadk Singh, Bhai Kulwaran Singh and other�Singhs were all present at�the protest. �
District President Bhai Avtar Singh Khakh said that the Sikhs will never forgive the Badal�s marionettes for committing such an extensive level of atrocities on Sikhs. He said�that the sit-in-protest�will continue until�December 25 from 11 am to 3 pm each day. He also announced�that the next action will be chalked out at the conference of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) in Fatehgarh Sahib.
