He said the decision was an embarrassment for PPCC chief Capt Amarinder Singh who had been saying that Tytler and Kamal Nath were not involved in the riots for his vested interest to become the the state Congress president.
�The Akali Dal which is trying to take the credit for the court�s decision should apologise to the riot victims as the clean chit was given to Tytler for the third time in December 2014 and the Deputy CM�s wife Harsimrat Kaur who is a Union Minister remained mum,� he alleged.
Phoolka said the court also reprimanded the CBI to carry out the investigation properly and questioned why certain aspects were overlooked.
