:dateline:The spokesperson of �the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee, Sukhpal Singh Khehra, has openly challenged the Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Badal to have debate on the definition of �Sedition�.
Calling�Sukhbir Badal a mentally frustrated leader, he said that Sukhbir Badal has misused his administrative powers on Sikh activists to put them behind bars.
He added that the junior Badal even claimed foreign hands behind the desecration incidents of Bargari while arresting Bhai Rupinder Singh and Bhai Jaswinder Singh, but the duo were acquitted by court.
Favoring the appointment of Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara as Akal Takht Jathedar, he advised Sukhbir Badal to review the SGPC�s role in appointing Bhai Ranjit Singh as Akal Takhat Jathedar in 1995-96, who assassinated Nirankari Gurbachan Singh in 1980. He said that Bhai Ranjit Singh was released from jail with intervention of Akali Dal & SGPC and they had urged the then President Sri K.R Narayan for the release of Bhai Ranjit Singh.
He advised Sukhbir Badal to have glance over the activities of senior Akali leaders, to check how they played dirty politics with sensitive Sikh issues.
