DELHI, India—Central Bureau of Investigation has motioned a petition in Court seeking permission to re-investigate the alleged role of Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in assassinating innocent Sikhs during Sikh genocide of November, 1984.

It is notable that Jagdish Tytler was declared innocent by the CBI in closure report submitted to Court on October 30 and the Court was to announce verdict in the case on December 4. But the Sikh genocide victim Lakhwinder Kaur and lawyers of DSGMC had challenged the CBI’s decision via petition in Court.

Activists of Panthik Sewa Dal were protesting today in front of Court complex seeking strict punishment for the culprits of 1984 Sikh genocide.

Filing a reply to the petition in Court, CBI has sought permission from court to re-investigate the case. The case dates back to November, 1984 Sikh genocide in which victims Badal Singh, Thakar Singh and Gurcharan Singh were massacred by the Hindu mobs in Gurdwara Sahib in Pul Bangash area and Jagidsh Tytler is considered as a main accused of the case.

Meanwhile, DSGMC President Manjit Singh GK and General Secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa have claimed that the possibilities of fleeing from legal action of Jagdish Tytler have been finished. The duo stated that they would try their best to get Jagdish Tytler punished for his sins.

  1. we need to make our own independent khalsa police/fauj in punjab to punish these ppl, what can we expect from this lowlife CBI, they themselves involved in this conspiracy.

  2. There are spaces and Times in Universe where Justice does not prevail.
These are area of Chaos and Lawlessness
See in Iraq ,Syria , ,Libya .
Murderer, rapist, terrorist, criminal, etc. are having a free run
Punjab had become like Iraq ,Syria , ,Libya . in 1980 -1990 period .
No form of JUSTICE existed in those Times.
It was a free run between the Punjab Police state and Bhinderwala boys.
    As the cliché goes

“All is fair in Love and War”

  3. He should be forgiven and forgotten even at the cost of Injustice .
Not worth remembering or any learning any thing from him except documenting .
