:dateline:Punjab police have started conducting massive raids on Sikhs activists to suppress their voices.
In recent developments, Police have confined Ranjit Singh Dhadrian Wala in Gurdwara Parmeshwar Dwar. It is notable that Ranjit Singh played a key role in the protests of Bargari following martyrdom of two innocent Gursikhs.
Meanwhile, news of detaining President of Shiromani Akali Dal (Mann) Simranjit Singh Mann has also surfaced online. Police have also cracked down on homes of activists of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) in Patiala and Samana.
All these arrests have been made in wake of the ninth resolution passed on the martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed Bhai Krishan Bhagwan Singh and Shaheed Bhai Gurjit Singh on October 25 in Bargari. It was stated in the resolution that if Punjab government fails to fulfil their demands till November 15, then crowds would surround the houses�of Akali leaders and MLA�s. �
