:dateline:Lashing out at Chief Minister Parkash Badal for invoking and deploying paramilitary forces in Punjab to fail �Sarbat Khalsa�, Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa has said that Badal is misusing his administrative powers to maintain his post safe. He added that Badal is trying to oppress freedom of speech and expression using dreading strategies.
Reiterating his stand on the need of �Sarbat Khalsa�, Bapu Ji said that �Sarbat Khalsa� was the need of the hour and every Sikh must attend �Sarbat Khalsa�. Elaborating the need of �Sarbat Khalsa�, he added that it was necessary to tackle the challenges emerged in front Sikh panth due to dominance of anti-Sikh powers on temporal posts of Sikh religion. Emphasizing on the need to replace Takht Jathedars, he asserted that not only the Jathedars, but all political powers�that dominate over Sikh institutions must�also be removed.
