:dateline:Strongly condemning the move of�pardoning Sirsa cult chief, Bhai Balwant Singh Gopala (President, Sikh Youth Federation Bhindranwala) stated that the appointed Jathedars have pardoned Gurmeet Ram Rahim under instructions of the RSS.. He said that by misusing powers of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib, Jathedars have hurt the Sikh sentiments besides depicting their anti-Sikh�character.
Bhai Gopala said that this act will make no effect on the supremacy of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib. �”Sri Akal Takhat was supreme for Sikhs and it will remain forever, despite anti-Sikh activities of the appointed Jathedars,” he added. �He stated that although the shrine�had been misused by anti-Sikh elements from time to time, truth has always prevailed�at Sri Akal Takhat Sahib and also it will.
Senior Vice President Bhai Ranjit Singh said that pardoning Gurmeet Ram Rahim by five Takhat Jathedars doesn’t hold any significance until the Khalsa Panth is firm on its stand to punish him for his sins. He added that the Jathedars should�have considered the fact that Gurmeet Ram Rahim is indicted in multiple rapes and murder cases which are under trial in Punjab & Haryana High Court.
