CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Darshan Singh, the Producer of movie ‘The Master mind Jinda-Sukha’ has challenged the ban on the movie “Jinda-Sukha” by Indian government in Punjab & Haryana High Court.
A petition was moved by the producer through Advocate Ranjan Lakhanpal in Punjab & Haryana High Court against the Union government’s order of banning movie across India. Accepting the petition, the court has summoned the Union government to appear in court.
Meanwhile, Producer Darshan Singh has maintained that he shot the movie on true life stories of Sikh warriors Shaheed Bhai Harjinder Singh Jinda and Shaheed Bhai Sukhdev Singh Sukha.
