:dateline:In relation to a case of ammunition recovery and murder planning, Bhai Paramjit Singh Bheora was produced in the court of Justice Ritish Singh under the heavy security of Delhi police personnel. Bhai Bheora is indicted as per FIR No. 24/6 of special cell under sections 121-A, 307 and 186 of Indian penal code.
Section 121-A of IPC applies to the ones who wages war against India while Section 186 of IPC applies to the elements causing obstruction to a public servant. Similarly, Section 307 of IPC is about attempt to murder.
The court is currently recording witnesses of the persecution and defence. Today, the court conducted debate for about half an hour and recorded key points of the case. Crossing the arguments of persecution, Defence lawyer Advocate Vikas Padhora urged Justice Ritish Singh to order persecution to produce the ammunition recovered from Bhai Paramjit Singh Bheora. The court immediately ordered the persecution lawyer to produce ammunition recovered from Bhai Bheora at the time of his arrest.
Terming the case fake, Advocate Vikas Padhora told Sikh24�s correspondent that he has entangled the persecution side and now we have to see how they manage to defence their accusations on Bhai Bheora. He also informed that the next hearing has been deferred to September 30. ���
