Attock, Pakistan— Upto 400 Sikh sangat (congregation) members arrived today at Gurdwara Panja Sahib, in the area of Hasan Abdal, near Attock.

The sangat had travelled from India to Pakistan via the Wagah border, first stopping at Lahore. They were then brought to Hasan Abdal from Lahore, in special vehicles. Security measures were undertaken with the inclusion of large numbers of police personnel to accompany the visitors. They were deployed as a safety measure to prevent any possible attacks by Islamic extremists.
