South Indian Professor Writes Multilingual Book on Bhai Taru Singh Ji

:dateline:On the occasion of martyrdom day of Bhai Taru Singh Ji, a�multilingual book depicting his life was released by Emanual Nahar, Director of�Center for the Exclusive and Inclusive in Panjab University. The book was penned down by Panditrao Dharennavar, assistant�professor, and�gives historical angel to Bhai Taru Singh ji who sacrificed his life for saving religious freedom.

After releasing the book, doctor Emanual Nahar said that�the small book is written in various languages including Punjabi, Hindi and Kannada by Panditrao.� Speaking on the occasion, Suchita Singh, research scholar said that writing in various languages about Sikhism by a south Indian is indeed an achievement. Kanchan Singh, research associate�of the center said that the contribution of Bhai Taru Singh ji is highlighted by a non-Punjabi is milestone. Manjinder Kaur, research assistant said that monograph penned down by Panditrao, is an interesting work.

Author of the book , Panditrao said that school, college and universities across Punjab must have courses on Bhai Taru Singh ji because he has led his life for protecting the religious freedom of Punjabi people. Panditao is from Karanataka but he has learned Punjabi so well that he has written 12 books in Punjabi. The religious texts like Sri Jap Ji Sahib, Sri Sukhmani Sahib, Zafarnaama have been translated by Panditrao Dharennavar.
