Balwinder Singh is resident of village Kokri Phoola Singh.�After learning about their son’s actions, his father Nachhatar Singh, mother Hoshiar Kaur, village Sarpanch Jagdish Singh, former Sarpanch Harmandeep Singh reached on the spot and they requested him to step down from the tower but latter refused to do so. After 10 hours, he ended his protest when Panchayat assured him that they would take up the issue with concerned authorities.
