BREAKING:High Court Stays Ambala Judge�s decision of not Allowing Amritdhari Sikh to Wear Kirpan

punjab_haryana_high_court:dateline:Acting on petition filed by an Amritdhari Sikh Dilawar Singh, Punjab and Haryana High Court today stayed Ambala session judge�s decision of not allowing Dilawar Singh to wear kirpan in court.

It is worth mentioning that the Sikh youth was to record his statement in a murder case in Ambala court but district session judge did not allow him to enter the court wearing Kirpan. �He was asked�to remove the kirpan, but latter refused to do so provided it as his constitutional right.

Following which, the Sikh youth filed a petition against the act of the Ambala judge through Advocate Navkiran Singh terming it as violation of religious freedom provided by the constitution.

  1. the articles of faith not allowed into courts are the bigest issue all over our globe.yesterday i went to my old place of working a high court where my dagger as they call it came out on the radar the security are putting all around you and i had to leave it with the authorities with a receipt when my name my contact number a telephone and signature were obtained in cheap.bole vaheguru
