:dateline:The issue of controversial photos of newly appointed chairman of Sri Hazoor Sahib Management Board is getting worse. �BJP MLA from Mulund (Maharashtra), Tara Singh is not an Amritdhari Sikh and also doesn�t follow Sikh principles.
In a phone�conversation with Sikh24, Giani Gurbachan Singh (appointed Jathedar, Sri Akal Takhat Sahib) said that only an Amritdhari Sikh can be appointed on a post in a Gurudwara. He suggested Tara Singh to accept this opportunity as a golden chance and become an Amritdhari Singh. �He said that this is the only way he could be able to execute the management of Takhat Sri Hazoor Sahib according to Sikh traditions.
Exposing the controversial photos of Tara Singh in a press conference, Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad blamed that the BJP Government is conspiring for appointing non-Sikhs in Gurudwaras with intention of merging Sikhs in Hinduism.
Tara Singh has admitted that he participates in religious functions wherever invited by his voters. �He said that he attends these functions to pay respect to�different religions. He also admitted that he is not an Amritdhari Singh, but didn�t give any intimation of�taking amrit in future.
