Sikh Journalist Suffers Heart Attack At White House

WASHINGTON DC, USA—A Sikh journalist who had a heart attack at the White House has been transferred to the George Washington hospital.  He has under gone a heart catheterisation.

Manku Singh, the journalist, collapsed in the East Room while covering the White House Science Fair just moments before President Obama was to speak.

US Secret Service personnel promptly responded to the incident and called the ambulance.

Manku Singh is a reporter for TV Asia, and the only only Sikh journalist accredited to the White House.  Paramedics first found no pulse, however after administering CPR, they were able to find pulse.
