:dateline:Following the instructions of Punjab and Haryana High Court, the SGPC has sent the attested copy of appointment letter of Giani�Nandgarh. This appointment letter was issued to Jathedar Nandgarh in year 2003.
Personal secretary of Jathedar Balwant Singh Nandgarh and legal representative of this case S. Parminder Singh Randhawa informed Sikh24 that he�has received the copy of appointment letter attested by the superintendent of the SGPC, S. Satnam Singh. �He mentioned�that the SGPC authorities refused to give the copy of suspension letter until the interference of court.
It is noteworthy that Jathedar Balwant Singh Nandgarh was appointed on the post of Jathedar by the order number 92 of Prof. Kirpal Singh Badungar, dated January 3, 2003.
