:dateline:Sparking a massive controversy,�fascist BJP leader Sbramanium Swamy has that “Mosques are�not a religious place and can be demolished any time.” �Swamy echoed these words during a program at�Guwahati.
He said that the Indian Muslims do not have any roots in the ancient times and all of them were previously Hindus. He illustrated an example of Saudi Arab to support his statement, that Mosques are demolished while constructing the new projects in Saudi Arab.
“Those who disagree should debate with me,” he uttered.
The Muslim Community has taken a strict stand against this statement. The Muslim population of Assam has filed a case against him in court. �On the other hand, the Assam BJP leadership has remained�silent over this issue.
