BREAKING: All Five Singhs Acquitted in Rulda Murder Case

PATIALA, Punjab—The court of additional session judge NS Gill today acquitted all five Singhs in Rulda murder case.  Darshan singh, Jagmohan Singh, Gurjant Singh, Daljit Singh and Amarjit Singh of Patiala were acquitted of all charges registered against them.

It is worth mentioning that Rulda “Singh” was a senior leader of the Rashtrya Swamsewak Sangh (RSS).  Though he carried a Sikh identity, he was committed to diluting Sikh values with Hindutva beliefs.  Rulda was also the president of the Rashtrya Sikh Sangat, a organization of the Sangh constituted to incorporate Sikhs into Hindus.

He was killed a few years ago in Patiala, outside his residence.

As per information shared by Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur, Darshan singh, Jagmohan Singh, Gurjant Singh, Daljit Singh and Amarjit Singh were acquitted by the court of Sh. NS Gill, additional sessions judge Patiala. Advocates Barjinder Singh Sodhi and Advocate Jagmohan Singh Saini were their legal counsel.
