CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Judicial Magistrate, Harpreet Kaur, on Tuesday, granted bail to Babbar Khalsa activist Bhai Jagtar Singh Tara in Burail jail break case. He was brought to Chandigarh from Patiala jail.
However, he will stay in jail as he is yet to furnish bail bonds and others cases are pending against him, including Beant assassination case.
Tara was arrested in January in Thailand and was extradited to India.
