:dateline:Former Deputy Speaker of Punjab Assembly, a well known intellectual and senior congress leader Birdavinder Singh has expressed deep concern over the suspension of Jathedar Balwant Singh Nandgarh by the executive body of SGPC.
He said in a press note that�it is the first time in Sikh history�that the Jathedar of a Takhat is being suspended due to his concern for the well being of�the Sikh community. He condemned the suspension of Jathedar Balwant Singh Nandgarh. ��
