Sikh Youth Front to hold ‘Sikh Unity March’ on 31st December

AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab— Sikh Youth Front is going to conduct a ‘Sikh Unity March’ in support of peaceful struggle initiated by Bhai Gurbakhsh Singh Khalsa for the permanent release of Sikh Detainees. Sikh Youth Front will be organizing this march in collaboration with Sikh Youth Federation Bhindranwala.

 

Media Secretary and Spokesperson of Sikh Youth Front Bhai Pritpal Singh said in a meeting held at Head Office of Sikh Youth Front that Indian Government is assaulting Human Rights of Political Sikh Prisoners (who have already completed their life sentences) by delaying their release. He said that Indian Government should stop implementing such dubious parameters towards minorities under the name Secularism. He said that Sikh Community is a peace loving community, but Indian Government is spending its whole resources to defame the Sikh Community labeling it as ‘Community of Professional Criminals’.

General Secretary of Front Bhai Papalpreet Singh said that motive of ‘Sikh Unity March’ is to raise voice to ensure the permanent release of Sikh Political Prisoners. He informed that March will be commenced from Gurdwara Shaheed Ganj Baba Deep Singh Ji at 11am of 31st December. This march will be concluded at Hall Gate after traversing through the Sultanwind Gate, Ghio Mandi , Sheran wala Gate and Saragarhi Chowk.

 

At last, both Frontiers appealed the Sikh Community to participate in this march for the sake of well being of Sikh Community. Bhai Shamsher Singh Kuharhka (President, Distt. Tarn Taran), Bhai Ranjit Singh, Bhai Ranbir Singh, Bhai Harkirat Singh, Bhai Parmpreet Singh, Bhai Sukhraj Singh, Bhai Kamikkar Singh, Bhai Jarnail Singh, Bhai Balwinder Singh, Bhai Baljit Singh, Bhai Buta Singh, Bhai Satinder Singh, Bhai Sarabjit Singh, Bhai Gagandeep Singh, Bhai Surjit Singh, Bhai Jatinderpal Singh, Bhai Jaspal Singh, Bhai Rajpal Singh, Bhai Inderjit Singh, Bhai Gurjant Singh, Bhai Gurwinder Singh, Bhai Harbakhsh Singh, Bhai Harwinder Singh, Bhai Sukhchain Singh, Bhai Dharamjit Singh, Bhai Davinder Singh, Bhai Bhavjot Sinh, Bhai Paramjit Singh etc. were present during this meeting.
