Clash Over Torn Poster of Sirsa Cult Chief Went Violent in Thathi Bhai, Punjab

2014-12-22- messenger of god:dateline:The incident of destroying posters of the�upcoming movie of Sirsa Cult Chief �Messenger of God� has poisoned the environment of village Thathi. On the complaint of cult devotees, a case under article 295 has been registered against Ranjit Singh s/o Nirmal Singh for instigating religious sentiments. Cult devotees said in their complaint that Ranjit Singh tore the posters of the�movie �Messenger of God� and threw stones in their homes.

On the other side, the village residents witnessed that the sons of cult devotees Tarsem Singh and�Gurpal Singh opened fire on Ranjit Singh and tried to murder him. Sikh organizations protested against the one sided action of the police force. They asked the Police Inspector to also register a case against Gurpal Singh under article 307.

Inspector Darshan Singh of Station Smalsar later informed that a case under article 336 has been registered against Gurpal Singh s/o Tarsem Singh. He promised that he will sort out the clash honestly. The whole incident has poisoned the environment of village Thathi Bhai and the condition is very sensitive.
