:dateline:Vice President of Babbar Khalsa (International) Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara was presented in the court of Justice Ritish Singh by Reserved Police Force. Bhai Hawara was accused in the FIR No. 229/05 in Police station of Alipur under article 120 B, 121 and 307. Justice Ritish Singh postponed the next session of court�to 30 January due to the absence of deponents. Currently, Justice Ritish Singh is recording witnesses of this case. Advocate of Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara said that Bhai Hawara is victim of pain in the spinal cord, so he should be relaxed from chains�on his�feet. But due to the�unavailability of a status report by Intelligence, Justice Ritish Singh is not paying attention towards the request.�

Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara said on this occasion that he is in high spirits and the more that the government�tortures him, the more he will be polished. He said that if you keep full faith in God, the physical and mental torture of the police can never harm you. Bhai Balbir Singh, Bhai Gurcharan Singh, Bhai Harjinder Singh, Bhai Sukhwinder Singh, Bhai Manpreet Singh Khalsa etc. visited Bhai Hawara on this occasion.
