:dateline:Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo was sent on police remand by a Nabha court on December 17, 2014 until December 20, 2014 for a case which is related to FIR number 7 which also goes back to 2010 at the Nabha Sadar Police Station. The FIR is supposedly registered under the section 4 and 5 Explosives Act and sections 15, 16, 18, and 20 of Unlawful Activities (Preventions) Act (UAPA).
The counsel Advocate of Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo, Jaspal Singh Manjhpur said that the sub-divisional judicial magistrate of Nabha, Hargunjit Kaur sent Mintoo on a 3 day police remand which will end on December 20th. �This case was also registered against Bakhshish Singh and three others who however already have been acquitted in the case,� said counsel Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur. Bhai Harminder Singh Mintoo is being brought up in a case which took place 4 years ago in 2010.
