JAMMU, India—In June this year, Sikh Relief (SOPW) secured the release of Malkeet Singh from Jammu Jail where he was falsely imprisoned for six years. Throughout that time, Sikh Relief have provided all the welfare for him and his family, including an eye operation that his father, Joginder Singh, was in need of.
Sikh Relief are now able to provide Malkeet Singh with the means to earn a living through his own hard work and to run his household with dignity. As part of their rehabilitation package, Sikh Relief have begun the building of a car service station.
