—The Sangat of BC will be holding a program on Saturday September 13th, in memory of Baba Surjeet Singh, the Jathedar of Buddha Dal who passed away on September 3rd.
Baba Surjeet Singh the Jathedar of Buddha Dal had been imprisoned in Patiala Central Jail for the past six years on what his supporters call false charges. He had been imprisoned due to charges filed by Balbir Singh a rival Jathedar of Buddha Dal, who has close ties to anti-Sikh organizations in Punjab.
BC Sangat will hold a program at Gurdwara Dukh Bhanjan Sahib in Langley, BC. The Program will start at 5 PM and will go until 8:30 PM. The address of the Gurdwara Sahib is 5998 264 Street, Langley BC.
