NEW DELHI—The following letter was sent to a number of political leaders seeking treatment for Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara who is currently imprisoned at the Tihar Jail. Bhai Charanpreet Singh, President of All India Sikh Youth Committee, is on a hunger strike at the Jantar Mantar in New Delhi to seek attention to this case.
