Fremont, CA—The Punjabi language program at James Logan High School in Union City, CA is struggling to continue due to a lack of student enrollment. The High School is based in Fremont, California which has a large population of Punjabis. Despite a large number of Punjabis enrolled in the school, very few have taken advantage of Punjabi classes.
The school staff and the principal have in the past visited the Fremont Gurdwara to promote their offering but the local community has failed to take advantage. If the same trend continues, chances are that the Punjabi offering at Logan High School may have to end.
It is important to note that at most High Schools in the United States, there are programs run by various communities to assist students, but the Punjabi community has so far failed to establish similar programs. Such programs are necessary to help ensure Punjabi students are receiving a good education. What has prospered however in schools and universities across the country are Punjabi cultural associations which seemingly have no intention of spreading the Punjabi language.
Sikhs in California has worked hard to offer Punjabi classes at Universities like UC Berkeley and Santa Barbara. At times, Sikh organizations have also had to pay to cover part of the expenses involved in offering these courses.

For the last 50 years from Master Tara Singh to Giani Gurbachan Singh are thugs. Naam simran is for my Mukti, peace of mind and praise for the Guru Ji’s blessing. I listen, read and analyze Guru Ji’s teaching and wonder where are genuine Sikhs as Thug Sikhs are controlling, destroying my religion and communities. More hurting that Amritdharies and Khalsa are disobeying Guru Ji but were created to protect Sikh Religion and Communities hence hope for improvement is dimming every day.
Look to history for examples of real sikh living and understanding gurbani. some gurdwara management teams do reflect the poor values you have mentioned but dont get caught up in such. stay afloat rise above it. gurdwaras do bot follow instruction of guru thats why wrongdoings occur. naam simran is vital in gurdwara selfless service and equality.

Fremont Gurdwara has its Khalsa school classes to suck the grants and congregation funds hence Logan school Punjabi not required. Punjabi is required to learn respect, obey and trust Guru Ji’s teaching for new Sikh generation, but not to train for Cheating, Lie, Argue, taunting and threatening. Punjabi teaches Backstabbing, Beating, cheating, cunningness, false oaths, frauds, Lie, Looting, smuggling and murders (BBCCFFLLSM= Sikh). “Something is better than nothing but nothing is better than non-sense”. Punjabi Sikhs are disgrace to Sikh Religion and communities Worldwide. Sikh leader are crooks, corrupted and has no real job to survive hence suck congregation funds for their living needs. It is wake up call for Amritdharies to be genuine Sikhs not show case; to Suck the future of Sikh generation.
