MUKATSAR SAHIB, Punjab—An incident involving sacrilege to Guru Granth Sahib saroops at Gurdwara Sri Tibbi Sahib has sent shivers down the spines of Sikhs. The incident took place at a historical Gurdwara Sahib of Guru Gobind Singh Ji situated in the city of Mukatsar. It was at this Gurdwara where Guru Sahib oversaw the battle of “Khidrane di dhab” between forty Singhs and the Mughal army.
It has been reported that a person attacked the Gurdwara causing severe vandalism and in the process, also caused sacrilege to Guru Granth Sahib Saroops. Although the person is said to have been drunk at the time of the incident, the details of the occurrences suggest this to be a well-planned attack. Along with the place where parkash of Guru Granth Sahib is done, the sukhasan room was also vandalized. At least four saroops were thrown on the floor.
Baba Amar Singh, who has done seva at this historical Gurdwara for over 50 years stated that this incident took place when no other sevadar was present at the Gurdwara. Baba Amar Singh was out for langar when this person entered the Gurdwara premises and caused havoc.
Nearby villagers were at once informed and, after reaching the spot, handed the man to police. Police identified the suspect as Jinder “Singh” son of Nacchatar Singh of village Surghuri.
The sangat of the Gurdwara Sahib blamed the Gurdwara management for the sacrilege asking why no sevadars were present when parkash of Guru Granth Sahib was done. The case has been registered by the police and Sri Akal Takht Sahib has been notified as well of the sacrilege.

This type of disrespect I’m observing since my childhood as Sikh have lost moral values. Neither Sikh School Teacher, Student, Thief, Murderer, any committee member, postman, clerks, store man, college Professor, block Officer, Constable, police Officer, IAS Officer, IPS Officer, Attorney, Judges of any court, political Leader of anywhere, business owners nor village Amritdhari, Granthi, Preacher, head Granthi, journalist, Principle, Jathedar and Takhat heads are doing any mistake, crime, bullying, theft, smuggling, murder, robbery, torture to any other human, involve in any kind of corruption but only our Gurus do all the wrongs because we’re reluctant to follow their teaching.
For the last 50 years I have not met single honest Sikh in any organization, who can speak truth and living its own life as per Guru Ji teaching dictated in Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. If Guru Ji was watching thy will not get disrespected or this type of insult. The Guru Gobind Singh Ji had invented balance of powers even above himself but his followers are Amritdharies and failed miserably in last century, now sinking in “Desire, Anger, Greed, Materialistic, and False Proud (ego)” and involved in heinous crimes. The Amritdharies are 100% responsible for sacrilege of our Guru Granth Sahib Ji’s Saroop, in the past, present and in the future.
The Guru Gobind Singh Ji created Amrit, named Singh (LOIN) to Amritdhari after ethics and physical tests, had armed Amritdharies, created army (FAUJ) to protect Sikh members, their properties, establishments, constitution that is (Guru Granth Sahib) from all kind of dangers and maintain discipline in congregation. Further was appointment of Khalsa out of Amritdharies with major screening that was equivalent to Judge. Why we’re in current situation, as Amritdhari and Khalsa members are most despicable humans on this universe. I have proved many times in schools, colleges, universities, religious places, work places and lately confronted Fremont Gurdwara Amritdharies and Managements of California, United State of America.
Now any one can be offered Amrit without any verification or rename himself or herself “KHALSA” even though heavily involved in bullying, cheating, embezzlements, selling drugs, murdering other humans, rapes (immoral acts), robberies, smuggling, spying, thefts and other heinous crimes as we Sikhs are orphan as no rule or law to follow nor no authority to impose or implement any discipline. It is saddest shame that Amritdharies writes the bylaws of Gurdwara, over rule and override without any fear, shame or self-respect, hence degrading Sikhism every day.
WaheGuru Ji blessed us with very good brain, high power body and guidance of Guru Granth sahib Ji, we must obey and follow directions. Are we honest to ourselves, do work hard for our living, do respect others, do earn respect, do cheat loot and lie, involve in smuggling and spying, do defame others and are accountable on all levels? We should not expect Guru Ji’s blessing, if continue on current path as per bani “Bemukh Hoe Ram Te, Langan Janam Bijog”. If we continue on current path, then we’ll face deterioration and destruction everywhere and all the levels in the future.
