:dateline:Bhai Gurmej Singh Ji, former hazoori ragi of Sri Harmandir Sahib concluded the sehaj path of Guru Granth Sahib Ji in braille.� The concluding ceremony was held in room 13 of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib in the presence of appointed Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh Ji, Giani Mall Singh Ji, Avtar Makkar and Bhai Baldev Singh Wadala.
As per information we received, the conclusion of Sehaj Path Sahib took nearly two months.� Giani Gurbachan Singh honoured Ragi Bhai Gurmej Singh along with his wife and son.
Makkar held that this day would always be remembered in Sikh history as Bhai Gurmej Singh�s hard work has allowed blind Sikhs to read Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.� Makker stated that through the braille language, even the blind can now have darshan of Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Makkar announced that room 13 would be allocated to help the blind get access to the braille script so anyone could take part in the reading of Guru Granth Sahib Ji.� The entire room would be re-done to facilitate the blind and provide them access to Gurbani.
After the ceremony, Bhai Gurmej Singh Ji very humbly stated that it was a blessing to do a complete sehaj path sahib of Guru Granth Sahib Ji. �He stated that the entire project took over a decade to complete. �This accomplishment should motivate not only the blind Sikhs, but all Sikhs to find inspiration and do sehaj path sahib from Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
