:dateline:Gurdaspur police have registered a case against at least 15 different Shiv Sena terrorists for burning the effigy of Giani Gurbachan Singh, appointed Jathedar of Sri Akal Takhat Sahib.� The incident took place this past Friday when the Shiv Sena (Samajwadi) volunteers burned the effigy of the Akal Takhat Sahib Jathedar for honouring Bhai Baljeet Singh Bhau.
Shiv Sena Terrorists were seen brandishing swords at a busy junction. �They also burned effigy’s of other Gursikhs.
Bhai Baljeet Singh Bhau, who was recently released from jail, was honoured at Sri Akal Takhat Sahib by Giani Gurbachan Singh and various hazoori ragi jathas.� Bhai Baldev Singh Wadala and Bhai Sukhwinder Singh were amongst the Ragi Singhs who had come to welcome Bhai Baljeet Singh Bhau.� Siropas (honors) were presented by Bhai Kulwinder Singh (Ardasia, Sri Harmandir Sahib) along with Giani Gurbachan Singh.
Along with Bhai Bhau, Bhai Parminder Singh Amloh and Bhai Harminder Singh Cherian were also honoured after being released from the Delhi Tihar Jail.� These Singhs were also honoured by Sikh Youth Federation Bhindranwala Singhs outside Sri Akal Takhat Sahib.
SYF also appealed to the Sri Akal Takhat Sahib appointed Jathedar to speak in favour of Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara, Bhai Daljit Singh Bittu, Prof. Davinderpal Singh Bhullar and other Singhs and to seek their release.
