UK Sikhs to Hold Important Panthik Meeting on May 26

WEST BROMWICH, England—UK Sikh leaders of FSO (Federation of Sikh Organisations) including Bhai Joga Singh and Bhai Kuldeep Singh Chaheru have announced a meeting for all Panthik organisations and Gurdwaras of London on Sunday May 26th at Gurdwara Har Rai Sahib in West Bromwich.

The main agenda of the meeting would be the discussion about the rally to be held on June 9th in protest to the 1984 Sikh genocide.

Panthik Organisation FSO has appealed to all the Gurdwaras to send their representatives so that suggestions from everyone could be taken to make the protest a success.

FSO alleged that the Sikh community has been denied justice for too long.  Sikhs have been attacked from both physical and spiritual fronts. In reference to the burning of Sikh reference library, the FSO press statement stated that the historic objects taken by the Indian Army from Darbar Sahib Complex have not been recovered.

The meeting on May 26 would also discuss other important Panthik issues, such as infiltration by Government sponsored agencies within Sikh circles.
