:dateline:Last week Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara, Jagarnath, Vikas Sagal, Balvinder Singh and Jaspal Singh had court dates at Tis Hazari�Delhi Court. �It was expected that 4 of the 5 appearing in court, Jagarnath, Vikas Sagal, Balvinder Singh�and Jaspal Singh would be released. Unfortunately the judge has postponed the hearing and given another date that is 24th July.
This has been dragging for the past few months and every court hearing has been postponed and the release date delayed. Families have been disappointed a number of times as they turn up to the hearing with high hopes only to be dashed after the court date is put forward again, delaying justice for another few weeks.
