MOHALI, Punjab—Sikh24 has learned that Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa has been sent to jail by the authorities. He was picked up at midnight forcefully by local police of Mohali. A large number of policemen, some drunk, entered the Gurdwara disguised as Gursikhs and abducted Bhai Gurbaksh Singh. A scuffle broke out between a few Singhs who were on site at the Gurdwara.
A case has been registered against Bhai Gurbaksh Singh under Section 306 for trying to commit suicide.
Sikh Sangat from all over Punjab is turning up at Gurdwara Amb Sahib to express their solidarity with Bhai Sahib. Baba Baljit Singh Daduwal arrived early in the morning. Bhai Harpal Singh Cheema is still there and was amongst the few Singhs who were involved in the scuffle with the police. Bhai Amrik Singh Ajnala, Damdami Taksal and ex-DGP Shashi Kant are currently there with a number of other Sikh leaders.

“The Sikhs in History 2010” unless Mr. Badal and his family is replaced by the voters there will be no justice for the Sikhs in India.
