“According to [the] SIT, no offence has been established against any of the 58 persons listed in Zakia’s complaint,” said the Metropolitan magistrate M S Bhatt during the court hearing.
The court case was filed by Zakia Jafri, widow of Congress MP Ehsan Jafri who became a victim of the genocide carnage carried out by Modi’s mobs. Over 69 persons were killed in cold blood in 2002 by mobs instigated by Modi.
Along with Modi, many of his close associates, including other ministers, police officials, and various BJP members, were accused by Zakia for their involvement in the genocidal killings of Muslims in Gujarat. The systematic killings took the lives of 1,000 people, almost all Muslims.
Various genocides have taken place all over India in the past few decades and minority communities including Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, and Buddhists have continuously faced oppression at the hands of the Government belonging only to the majority. Independent and global human rights organizations remain “banned” in India.
What a cruel man slaughter him in road side.
