RBI to release New Coin in Commemoration of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s 350th Gurpurab

NEW DELHI—In commemoration of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s 350th parkash purab celebrations, the Reserve Bank of India is going to release a coin of Indian currency worth Rupees 350. As per a notification issued by the Reserve Bank of India, an outline of Takht Sri Patna Sahib will be inscribed on the backside of this coin.

 

Beside it, the coin will also have a commemoratory word ‘350 Prakash Purab’ written on the both sides of coin in Devnagri as well as in English script. The coin will be weighed about 34.65 grams to 35.35 grams.

As per news published in India’s mainstream newspaper, the coin will be made up of 50% silver, 40% copper, 5% Zinc and 5% Nickel.

Sikhs Beware: We don’t want to cheapen our Guru’s by putting their faces on currency issued by the most inhuman, bigoted,lying ,communal govt. in the world.Also this is another backhand stab on our religion to portray Guru Gobind Singh ji as desh bhagat of India in fact his message was for whole humanity.

    • Stop spreading hate. You ain’t gonna get Khalistan so learn to live peacefully and integrate with other communities.
