NEW DELHI, Punjab—A Metropolitan Court of Delhi headed by Justice Shivali Sharma has ordered an arms dealer Abhishek Verma to appear before the Court on July 26 and get his statement recorded in relation to his demand for security. Arms dealer Abhishek Verma had told the Court that he was ready to undergo ‘Lie Detection Test’ but he should be provided security as he was facing a threat to life by Jagdish Tytler.
The case pertains to killing of three innocent Sikhs on November 1 of 1984 in Pulbangash area of Northern Delhi in which Congress leader Jagdish Tytler is accused of inciting the Hindu mob. Although Jagdish Tytler was given clean chit thrice in this case but the case was once again reopened with the constitution of Special Investigation Team by the Union government in February, 2015.
On the request of probing agency CBI, the Court has been asking accused Jagdish Tytler and Abhishek Verma to undergo ‘Lie Detection Test’ but the duo had refused to undergo test. Abhishek Verma, who is accused of helping Jagdish Tytler in bribing the chief witness of case by remitting large ransom on the name of his son to Canada, had told the Court that he ready to undergo Polygraph test but he should be provided security.
They all belong to the CONGRESS REGIME of 1984 the party to whom the BRITISHER handed over the RULE of India after they virtually left in 1947.
