‘Dastaar Award-2’: Preparation completes for edition in Tarn Taran and Amritsar

AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab—Commemorated to the 350th birth anniversary of tenth Sikh master Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the Amritsar based ‘Sardariaan Trust-Punjab’ is going to organize a ‘Dastaar Award-2’ program. As per the organizers of this program, all the preparations for it have been completed.

Interacting with media in Amritsar, the senior leader of ‘Sardaria Trust-Punjab’ S. Gursewal Singh Bhana informed that two judges of this contest will be honoured with Royal Enfield’s Bullet motorcycle. He further informed that the first three winners of this contest will be honoured with Rs. 100,000, Rs. 51,000 and Rs. 31,000 along with mementos.

Vice President of Sikh Youth Federation Bhindranwala Bhai Ranjit Singh Damdami Taksal informed that the preparations for the edition in Tarn Taran and Amritsar have been completed. He added that this time editions for this competition will also be taken in other states beside Punjab.  “Final competition after editions will be held at Akal University of Sabo Ki Talwandi on May 21,” he added.

Bhai Papalpreet Singh, Dr. Sharanjit Singh Rataul, Giani Simranjit Singh Damdami Taksal, Bhai Paramjit Singh Akali, Bhai Sukhraj Singh Bhai Harpreet Singh Bunty, Bhai Simranjit Singh Sangha etc. were present on this occasion.
